EXTERNAL CANDIDATES BEWARE!!
If you're an external candidate, make sure you ask your recruiter if they're considering internal candidates. If they are, don't waste your time! Workday uses external candidates for the sole purpose of "fair hiring" with no intentions of giving them the job.
Also, there are 6 INTERVIEWS MINIMUM!! "Team Interview" = 3 separate interviews, not including the HM interview and Senior Manager / Director Interview.

-Describe a project that didn't go as planned
-Name some instances when you had to have multiple versions of a product
-How do you learn new technology?
-How would you find answers to subjects you weren't familiar with?
-How do you make decisions? Walk me through your methodologies.
-What's one good thing your coworkers would say about you? What's one thing your coworkers would say you need to work on?
-How do you respond to strong personalities if you have to tell them No? What would you do?
How do you say No?
-How do you deal with difficult personalities?
-Tell me about yourself but focus on current position.
-How do you like to learn?
-Have you ever had a disagreement with a manager?
-What would you do if you had a specific way to tackle a problem / project but your manager said you had to use their way?
-Explain a time you inspired change at work. How did you do it, and what was the result?
-How do you feel about learning new technology?
-What book are you reading?
