I applied online and was contacted the next day by the recruiter. First phone call with recruiter then an interview with a sales rep currently in the role, followed by two separate zoom panel interviews with managers. Basic questions, i thought everyone was nice and pleasant to speak with, however, my only major complaint is that it took four interviews with 8 people which was over the span of three weeks to find out i would not be offered the position. These interviews took a lot of time and effort. Why does it take four interviews with eight people to determine who is hired or not? So much wasted time and effort if in the end they go with someone else.

This was the most stressful and unorganized process of my entire life. My recruiter was nowhere to be found when I needed her. She never responded to my emails, and the process took forever. The interviews were your standard behavioral interviews, and I did great on them. Don't know why I did not get the job. After three weeks of waiting after the final interview, I finally heard back from an automated email saying I didn't get it. They did not even have the courtesy to email me from a real person. I reached out to them many times within the three weeks and heard nothing. This is not a way to treat people that you may want to work for you. Workday is such a great company, I just don't understand why they were so terrible during this process.
