That was the worst interview coordination and initial interview ever in my 7 years experience. I got 2 different emails at the same day to provide initial interview time - min 5 (!) time frames. After answering on first email - got cancellation of the hiring process. After I asked to clarify the situation - I got Zoom interview invite OUT of the time frame that I provided before. And no clarification what is actually going on. Anyway I accepted it since I was really interested in getting this position. The overall interview time was 10 (!) minutes instead of 30, EVERY my word was manually recorded (sorry, you don't know how to record a video in Zoom?), so I had to speak really slow. I was asked exact about the same that was clearly stated in my Resume. It was promised to give a feedback next day. In 3 days, after my email - I got the process cancellation email. Based on the position description my Resume had 100% fit with the position requirements.
