Thank you for your interest in working with Workforce Optimizer, participating in our recruitment process and finally letting us know about your experience on Glassdoor.
We are deeply sorry for the negative experience you have encountered during the recruitment process; we believe it could have been much better. It was an oversight on our end to not have informed candidates fully of the full process at the beginning; it would help to set the expectations and allow everyone to plan their time. We also understand a timely rejection email would have given a proper closure for candidates, though we acknowledge we missed it out at times amidst the overwhelming responses we received.
Thanks to your feedback, we are still looking for ways to streamline the recruitment process to ensure the best experience for every applicant, regardless of whether they will ultimately join us.
