The hiring process that was outlined to me was a screening call with the internal recruiter, which would be followed up with another screening call from the manager of the role and finally, face-to-face interviews in the Workhuman office.
The phone screening itself was very good, the recruiter was encouraging and supportive during the call. It was arranged very professionally, so I can't fault this part of the process.
That being said, I never heard from the recruiter after the first stage. I have experience with recruitment and I know how busy an environment it can be, but if you have an interaction with someone, even over the phone, at least send a regret email to say the person wasn't successful. I was told that i would know in less than a week if I would progress to the next round, it has been over a month and still no word.
It's a pity, because everything up to this point was handled so well. I wouldn't discourage someone from applying for a role here, I still support what Workhuman do, but even sending a regret email to unsuccessful candidates would help.
