Thorough, relaxed, open. Was able to work thru both technical, product, business and questions of approach to problems. Each team member had a different area to look into so questions were not repetitive. And noone was typing into a computer as I talked so had complete attention from each of the interviewers (that happened at another location and was waiting either for a print out of a score, or a message that 'computer says 'no'') during that particular interview

The process was an exceptionally well organized and collaborative experience. My situation was somewhat unique and the team did an impressive job of being responsive and flexible in adapting to accommodate me. What could have been a stressful experience was actually delightful, with positive energy and strong accompaniment along the journey. I have nothing but good things to say about the recruiting team and process.
