Entrevista
Interviewed with top brass once I had passed a sales assessment screening, which was the toughest part of the interview process! Once the process had started though, could see the intelligence and direction of the leadership team immediately and it was a deciding factor in taking this offer over several others I was debating.

Actually got to role play a prospect call with my previous sales position with the CEO, which was unexpected but also a lot of fun!

Worked with a recruiter, who works almost 100% for the company. Had an intial phone interview followed by a background check before I even got a in-person interview. Thought that was a little strange but whatever, I've got nothing to hide. In person interview was pretty straight forward Met with the CFO who told me about the company and why I should like it or not. Then met with the CEO who had me do a bit of a role play. Wanted to me sell him what I was doing prior to this job so it wasn't something I had to come up out of nowhere.

Really no difficult questions. Talk about yourself and why you want to be in sales.

3 person individually conducted interviews, the first with the financial person was straight forward and genuine. It deteriorated from that point, the next 2 seemed more involved in flaunting their MBA's than answering questions or addressing needs of expansion plans within the organization. The last person seemed to be more involved with ridiculous childish role playing scenarios that served no end but his own. If you are looking for professionalism within an organization, stay away from Workplace Answers.
