I applied for the internship following a posting on the University of Washington Jackson School listserv. Our career counselor stressed how professional the organization was, and how competitive the internships were. This was stressed to me again in my original interview. I was interviewed by 2 different people, the program officer and the program director, who I would be working with directly. They also stressed to me how professional the office was and let me know what to expect a bit about the job. In general they asked very standard interview questions and were pleasant to work with.
