Online test for 3 hours on various aspects of finance and accounting followed by 2 rounds of interviews. Mostly openings are filled by internal candidates as career path is less for existing staff. Only Chartered Accountants are considered in Finance department.

there are 2 rounds: one online assessment and online interview in Hirevue platform with 4 games. Second round is offline test, assessing accounting and financial modelling in 90mins. Finally is the interview in person.
