it was a challenging online assessment that was in two parts, involved cognitive testing, emotional intelligence testing and talent assessment tests. they gave breaks between the various levels or stages that were a relief especially because the questions each had a two minute limit which sometimes didn't seem a lot and for the cognitive it required rapid response .

Smooth and fair. The interviewers were extremely technical in their approach, and asked questions to ensure I would be a good fit for the technical work at the WB. Overall, the process was very positive and I would recommend.
Process was smooth, it was composed of a first panel interview (personal and behavioural questions) followed by a writing test and a final interview with the director of the department
