First round of interview was with the hiring manager and three other colleagues. Second round of interview was with hiring manager and unit manager. Third round was with hiring manager, unit manager, and department director. Position was offered several days after the last round. Very formal process but everyone had a positive attitude, interview questions turned into very interesting conversations that allowed me to get a full picture about the job requirements and work environment.
