I was invited for a writing text (Pitch writing, Briefing Note, and communication strategy). After had a 2 round of panel interview (competency-based interview). Some of the questions were: -»Tell me about yourself ? How does your background prepare you for the role?

Entrevista
It was a nice experience. I went into their office to present a communications plan that I was asked to do as part of the job process. I heard back from them 1 month later.

They asked me to prepare a comms and dissemination plan based on a case study they shared with me two weeks prior to the interview date.
Straightforward two-step process consisting of a 30-minute panel interview, followed by a final stage interview at the director level. There was also a written test that had to be passed to advance to the interview stage.
