I had a very good interview experience for an Executive Assistant position at the World Bank. The process was well-organized and professional. The panel consisted of seven members, each representing different departments, which reflected the collaborative nature of the organization. Although it was a formal setting, the interviewers were warm and respectful, and they made an effort to create a comfortable environment.
