Hi ..I've been recently Interviewed at IFC. The First Round Of Interview Was With The HR And It went Well. The Second Round Was Taken By One Of The Senior Team Member. They Were Pretty Impressed By My Profile And I Was Put To Another Manager For The 3rd Round Of Interview But This Time It Was The Regional Head Who Interview Me. The Regional Head Was Quite Knowledgeable And Asked What I'm Capable Of.he Even Asked How Much I Know About Their Organisation. I Was Able To Answer Efficiently As I Had Already Done Some Homework before Going For The Interview. After I Cleared The Interview with The Regional Head I Was Put To Another Manager Who Looked More Senior In The Business.
They Asked Almost The Same Questions In All The Rounds Of The Interview. All The Four Rounds Of Interview Were Conducted On The Same day. The Interview Was Conducted Almost 3 Days Back But So Far I haven't Received Any Response From Them.May Be They Are Interviewing More People.
Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 4 meses. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa World Bank Group (Nairobi).
Entrevista
Long interview process, no congent or open and honest hiring process. I had only interviewed because I know people and have been an STC so the opportunities for external and internal candidates are very low.
first round was panel interview and second was written test. They mainly asked about the Excel experience. and they asked a lot of questions in face of add hoc requests.
I went through 3 rounds of interviews. The first was virtual on HireVue. The remaining interviews were all conducted in a panel format with 4-5 panelists taking turns asking questions. I went through 2 additional rounds of interviews and was asked to produce a writing sample on a specific prompt.

Why do you want to work at the World Bank? What are the main development challenges in X country? If I were leading the country strategy development process, which stakeholders would I consult with? Other behavioral questions such as how you manage conflict in the workplace.
