Online application through company website. Took about 2 months to get invitation for written interview. The interview was administered on a computer, and only technical IT questions were asked. The interview was 3 hours long and automatically logs you out if you haven't finished. So its best to finish before time and submit your interview

I received invitation to interview 2 months past applying. 2 written online assessments within 3 weeks. 1 was general personality assessment and the other was more skill based and leadership questions
