I applied online. Got a call from rome headquarters to confirm about my availability after 2 days. After a week , got an email for a skype interview. Two people from the department that would assign the interview took interview for about 25 mins. They introduced themselves and also about the job and responsibilities of the intern.

After you apply, First you get an aptitude test if you fit the criteria then a written test follows after a few days then an panel interview which may or may not be online

It was a great experience. One Programme Officer and one HR attended my interview session. They were super kind during the interview process. The interview lasted about half an hour.

After I apply for the position i got email for online assessment test after I took that there was an interview with a very basic question but related to competency.so prepare to tackle those questions beforehand
