I applied online and the process took 2 months. Upload my CV on the website, and after couple of months I got an email and we set a phone interview. I had to present myself, demonstrate how my experience and knowledge match the duties and also explain why I had applied to that position and company.

After you apply, First you get an aptitude test if you fit the criteria then a written test follows after a few days then an panel interview which may or may not be online

It was a great experience. One Programme Officer and one HR attended my interview session. They were super kind during the interview process. The interview lasted about half an hour.

After I apply for the position i got email for online assessment test after I took that there was an interview with a very basic question but related to competency.so prepare to tackle those questions beforehand
