The interview process at World Learning absolutely needs more oversight from HR. The first interview was standard, professional, and straightforward with a member of senior leadership. The second interview, however, with the immediate supervisor, consisted of many unstructured questions that were inappropriately personal and unrelated to my capacity as a professional. It was challenging to redirect the conversation over and over to my background and experience, and I was repeatedly interrupted.
