The person that interviewed me was introduced to me by my former manager. I was asked if I wanted the job, and then the hiring process began.

Two parts: one with lead supervisor, one with general manager. Lead asked general questions re: availability, ability to perform essential job functions, how many team members have I supervised. Next day General manager reviewed previous interview, gave overview of corporate culture, where company headed, necessity for career-driven, passionate employees. Some situational questions, questions regarding my own previous successes and or most difficult challenges.
