Entrevista
The first interview was with HR, introductory for the most part. They asked basic questions- why are you interested in the job etc. The interview also included some logistical questions such as when you would like to start working if you were hired.

Pretty much straightforward. Good for learning. Took around 1-2 month for the whole process. They will give you case study and paper based test consist of few question about topic related to the position. They also give you case study, and ask you how to solve the issue.

Entrevista
Six week process - analytical exam, individual interview, panel interview, writing sample submissions. Before a hiring decision was made, they pulled the position all together for strategic reasons. Frustrating but really great people working at WRI, very warm interviews and engaging discussions.
