I was informed I was shortlisted and was asked for an interview. I took part in one screening interview and three interviews in a panel format. The interview process was not communicated properly from the beginning.

The interview process was easy andyou can answer all the questions. You get one writing task and then get interviewed by senior management and then hr round. Then you go into negotiation round. Overall easy interview

First with HR to check requirements (I.e., years of experience). Then with line manager to check expectations for the role and then there was a panel interview with 4 interviews who asked on substance related to the role.

Entrevista
The first interview was with HR - general questions you'd expect (why you're interested in the role, your background and expertise), second interview was around a month later with core team members (more content specific questions, behavioural questions). The next stage was a timed written assignment, and the last interview was with the director.
