Two sets of interviews; first with president, which was great. Focused on how prospective employee's skill set integrates with company's long-term goals. Second set was with CEO and Director - both were "fine", but I didn't get the feeling that either were passionate about their jobs, the employees, or the clients themselves. I revoked my application after this set of interviews; was asked to reconsider. I had two other offers; I agreed only because I was curious what they were going to offer.
My job offer was for the position I originally declined, the salary was $2K less than my minimum, and I would lose 2 weeks of vacation/sick time because of their PTO plan. When I negotiated a start date, I was told (via phone, not in writing) the offer was being rescinded - even though I had a signed offer letter from the CEO. It was an extremely unprofessional experience; the only reason I'm leaving a review is because it was THAT unprofessional.
