Asked to talk about my Christian faith and my goals in working with World Vision. Relaxed Interview. Received another email within a week to set up an interview with a couple Senior Policy Advisors. Very friendly. Asked more specific questions about relevant skills, knowledge, and experiences. I was offered the position the same day.
