There were three interviewers who took turns to ask questions. As I was answering a question of one interviewer, the other would interrupt and jump in to ask another question that was unrelated to what I was talking about. This happened throughout the entire interview. Personally I felt the interview was disorganised and disrespectful to the other interviewer who wanted ask questions and understand me better. Perhaps they wanted to test and see my response to their quick-fire questions. I was asked to write down how I would come up with a social media engagement campaign for one of their events. I attempted the question and when I shared my answers with the interviewer, it seemed like it was not the answer she was looking for. After which she told me to pray about the job, and let them know if I wanted to continue the second stage of interview. After she said this, she gave me her card, said her goodbye and I was left in the meeting room to see myself out of the office. The whole interview felt unprofessional and unstructured. This led me to have a poor impression of World Vision and its people who work there.

Applied online. Had an interview session with the department head and another manager. There is a pre-interview questionnaire which is several pages long. It covers questions about your faith, reasons why you want to work at World Vision, your personality type and several questions about whether you agree with World Vision's values. If the interviewers are satisfied with your responses, you get called for a face-to-face interview.
