An extremely long-drawn interview process. After my application, I was asked to send my written responses to 10 questions, followed by HR 'chat' or filtering interview, then an interview with a panel and a separate interview by a unit's senior employee. And then....silence. Interviews were cordial, not extremely grilling, but the panel asked technical and behavioral questions. Yet, it was absolutely unprofessional of HR to drop the communication at this stage. My follow-up emails never got a response. It ended with the company/HR ghosting at the end of the process.
