Standard interview process inclusive of a phone interview. Met with multiple people during the in person, lasted just shy of two hours. Feedback was amazing during first follow up email and benefits info was shared, and then zero response when I followed up the second time. Prospective employees should be given a response regardless of it being positive or negative, not receiving one and being left in the dark painted the picture of this company and made it known they weren’t for me.
