This is very cheep company. CTO of the company does not want Software professional, he needs school teacher. They are taking 5 rounds, 1 is for Technical. after qualifying in 1st round they are doing 2 more rounds saying as HR rounds and they will Salary negation. Once is it done, CTO will come and he will asked schools questions and believe me he does not any any thing technical and he will rejects. HR team wasting theirs and candidate times. Total company strength is 75(Globally) and they have this much attitude. They don't have any more projects. After CTO rounds there will be client rounds. After 4 rounds, if client will reject, all rounds Including HR rounds where they have done the salary negotiation and they have fixed you salary component where every candidate is expecting theirs offer letters, they are rejecting. One of the worst startup company.
