Entrevista
3 stage interview:
- Screening with recruiter
- Competency based interview with manager
- Informal conversation with ops manager
Attended all 3 via phone and Teams. Was advised I would hear back on a certain date. 2 weeks passed and I didn't hear anything so I contacted the recruiter to get an update and request feedback as I assumed that I had been unsuccessful. Never received a response from them.
2 weeks after contacting them for an update, no contact has been received.
Very disappointed in my experience as this was a role that really interested me. I don't understand why it's too difficult to contact me to update me or say "thanks but no thanks".
Not seen the role being reposted online so I'm guessing the role was either an internal hire or the role wasn't actually available in the first place. If that's the case (or you decided to put the opportunity on hold), it would have been nice to have been notified of this.
