First ever experience I've had of the recruiter not bothering to speak to me first, only ever dealt with him via email (honestly thought he was a bot) Had 4 interviews with different team members and then heard nothing. I reached out to both the hiring manager and recruiter and they just ignored me. After 4 rounds of interviews the least they could do is provide feedback. Then 2 months later, they send a generic noreply email saying "we've decided to pursue other candidates." I've honestly never been treated so poorly through a job interview
