Applied online, was interviewed 2 days later. Very lengthy application to fill out when you get there, it's redundant and you're asked for 6 references which is excessive. Further, they don't use the references. They ask for your social security # twice on the application; shady. The interview lasted over an hour and I think the interviewer (HR manager) talked at me for about 95% of the "conversation". She was basically trying to sell me on taking the job which she told me halfway thru our conversation that I was already going to be offered. I ended up catching her in contradictions and lies. She said they only hire a few people per year, then later admitted that they have training classes for new hires monthly. She was very focused on telling me how long everyone had been working there to show that employees stuck around.
