1. Apply online, submit CV, covering letter and answer short question about energy industry
2. After 3 months, invited to short telephone interview. Very casual.
4. Few weeks later, invited to an Assessment Day which included few group exercises and an individual interview

In your first interview with the senior process engineer, prepare to discuss your past experiences with unit operations like distillation, heat exchangers, pumps, and instrumentation. For the second interview with the department head, emphasize your problem-solving skills, leadership experiences.
