The hiring process was a very quick process and they want to provide answers and feedback as soon as possible. They definitely do not leave you waiting, they are very organized.

First interview is an initial phone screen with a recruiter to get basics covered (company/position overview, why you're looking, salary expectations). 2nd interview was a 2.5 hours in person interview with 3 members of the HR team. Then you're told a few times over 2 weeks that you're still in consideration and eventually you get a system generated rejection email. If you take time off work to spend hours in an interview, I would expect at least a more personal rejection from 1 of the 5 employees you had contact with. My interview experience was positive up until this point and now I would not consider WI as an employer I would want to work for in the future.
