The interview process was very straightforward and easy. I was asked about my previous experience, told about the position and what I'd be doing in the position, and why I wanted to work there. I was told that I would hear back with them about a decision the next day but they never followed up or communicated with me further, which is what another poster mentioned having a similar experience with them. I agree they should revise their hiring process to avoid continuing wasting a candidates time by ghosting them after the interview.
