The process took over 2.5 months. The initial steps were promising and I had thoughtful, high-quality conversations with several team members. But after multiple interviews, the process abruptly went silent. No feedback. No follow-up. Not even basic closure. Just ghosted.
The recruiting experience was horribly disorganized from the start, lacking preparation, professionalism, or even basic courtesy. Despite several professional follow-ups and clear continued interest, I received no response from my recruiter or coordination team. A simple “no thank you” would have sufficed.
This experience was both disappointing and damaging. It showed a complete lack of respect for a candidate’s time and effort. Woven positions itself as an innovative, mission-driven organization, but its hiring operations fall far below that standard.
This wasn’t my first time interviewing with Woven, but it will definitely be the last. If you’re a senior or experienced candidate, be warned: the process is inconsistent at best, and often a complete waste of time.
