I had an interview experience that left me a bit concerned. The hiring manager appeared distracted throughout the conversation and didn’t seem fully engaged. It felt like my responses weren’t being actively listened to, which made it difficult to have a meaningful discussion about the role. While the opportunity itself sounded interesting, the lack of attentiveness gave a poor impression of the interview process and overall communication. I would have appreciated a more focused and professional interaction.

3 stage interview. The first is a relaxed zoom call with the head of sales, just getting to know you and your experience. Stage 2 is in the office, where alongside general interview questions they provide a task to come up with potential offers that they could use. After this they did a roleplay with one of these offers to see how you cope with objection handling. The third step was also objection handling based.
