I applied online and was contacted within 2 days to arrange a telephone interview. The phone interview was conducted by the HR Manager and took approx. 20-30 minutes. During this interview she asked me a lot of questions about my background and also discussed the position with me. A few weeks later she invited me in to interview with other members of the executive team. The total process took about 3-4 weeks and I had a total of 2 in person interviews. I felt comfortable throughout the entire process and felt that everyone who interviewed me was friendly/approachable, had thoughtful questions and also seemed to genuinely care about finding the best "fit" for the position in terms of experience/background and cultural fit. I was very impressed that the managers who interviewed me, including the CEO of the company took the time to answer all of my questions (and I had A LOT of questions- maybe too many!).
