The interview process started with a standard phone interview where I was asked about my job experience, strengths, weaknesses, etc. Then, my interview information was passed onto HR, and I was called in for an in-person interview a couple days later. The in-person interview was conversational and dove into more detail about why I'd make a good fit. I got a great feel for the company culture, as well as what would be expected of me. The final interview was a bit of a curveball (but it was a welcome change from the typical interview) where I had to prepare a 10-15 minute sales presentation, followed by questions from more members of the team. I was blown away by the professionalism of the entire process, and the friendly/engaging nature of my interviewers.
