“Interview” took the form of a half day assessment centre at the firm’s office in Glasgow. There was no 1:1 interview session however I understand that is now part of the process. The format at the time (and largely still the same as I understand) is a series of group discussions with 4-5 candidates each chaired by two partners and focusing on different topics (broadly as below) There was a lunch following all of the group discussions and this was a chance to speak to partners 1:1. A Q&A session at the end of the day for candidates to ask the 10 or so partner panel and HR director a question.
