Went through 2 rounds of phone interview (recruiter screening, team leader) and one round of on-site interview (with 3 people) and one test that had the choice of either at the office or conducted at home.

Among the 3 people who interviewed me, they seemed to ask quite childish questions such as what was your favorite cartoon growing up. It could be to see what my personality is, but being someone older and professional I don't appreciate such new-age questions on a interview.
