- Spoke to hiring manager and recruiter over the phone - Took an online CCAT test - Met with a few people from finance, sales, sales ops during the actual interview - Was a pretty normal process.

I applied for my position through the Wrike website and was contacted by a recruiter within a day. My process began with a phone screen with the recruiter, and was followed by four phone interviews starting with a combination of the person(s) I would be reporting to as well as other members of the team. After about two weeks/four phone screens I was invited into the office for an in person interview where I met with four separate managers for teams I'd be working with. After the in person, the recruiter followed up with a skype interview and lastly, one final phone interview with different execs. This entire process was about 5 weeks long and if you were counting before, involved about 10 different people within the company. Painful? A little bit. Worth it? 100%. You can tell this company really cares about the people it invites onto its team. So many different teams and levels of employees were involved in my hiring process, but that just goes to show how much Wrike cares about the opinions of their employees regardless of rank. So far since starting with Wrike every one has been extremely welcoming, kind and willing to help you learn in any way! I've never experienced such initial warmth from a company in the past so the long interview process was definitely worth the reward!
