The next one is the feeling that the manager does not know information about open vacancies in the company.
And finally I was finished off by the fact that the hr manager sent me a feedback after the interview, that if I am interested in the position of junior, then she can schedule a technical interview)) Of course, I have almost 5 years of frontend development experience and I will go to junior position)))
In my opinion, hr manager is the face of the company.
In this case, a clear negative impression is formed about the company after such an interview.
