I interviewed for a Scale CSM position in March 2025 and initially had a positive experience—the recruiter was friendly and asked thoughtful, relevant questions about my background. After our conversation, I was assigned a home task with a 48-hour deadline, which I completed and submitted on time.
Unfortunately, after that point, the process became one-sided. My follow-up email went unanswered, and 12 days later, I received a generic rejection message with no explanation. I kindly requested feedback, especially after putting in time and effort on the assignment, but received no response.
While I understand not every process results in a match, the lack of communication and feedback felt dismissive and disappointing—especially after investing in a tailored presentation.
