Apply, unpaid practice and calibration. No formal interview. This is a contractor job, so very different as opposed to normal jobs with formal interviews. If you pass training calibration, you get contract offer.

Entrevista
Applied online, received an email to take a quiz. After passing the quiz you are given material to go over. They warn you that it may take WEEKS to go over the information. It does take forever to review the material. After days of reviewing their material, FOR FREE as you are NOT PAID for this, I failed the last quiz. You don't get a lot of practice sets like other scoring companies give for practice. Once you fail, you are out but are told you can apply again next year. So, potentially, you can work for weeks to fail once. I should have paid more attention to the reviews of this place. All other scoring companies I know of, not only pay you to train, but give 2 chances at passing. Their scoring criteria is VERY LONG. Most scoring companies require one score, this one required a lot more for one essay. Their material states that ONCE YOU PICK UP SPEED you can earn $9-$12 an hour. To be honest, it took me hours to get through the final quiz, I don't think it would have been easy to "pick up speed."
