Interviewed for a VP position, process took 8-9 weeks in total. Met with a total of 9 people across 9 rounds, including final presentation to a panel. Overall bad experience, they did not seem to know what they were looking for, similar questions were asked by different people. They appeared not to trust each other with decision making in the process, with hints of micro-management. Several interviews were cancelled / rescheduled last minute, people did not show up to some of the interviews, etc. Unfortunately, I would not recommend applying there as my time, preparation, and professional consideration were not reciprocated.
