The first interview was with the COO. She spoke very quickly and it felt rushed. I never received any followup. She asked questions like "What is operational excellence to you, and how do you demonstrate it in your work."

Interview process had four steps: a 15-minute screening with the hiring manager, a 30-minute interview with the CDO, a 30-minute project challenge presentation, and a 30-minute meeting with the project team to discuss the fit and any questions.

Very quick turnaround from application to scheduling the interview, which was much appreciated. Not the typical corporate process, very much a startup approach to interviewing (in a mostly good way). Interviewed directly with COO for first round, which was 15 minutes.
