The interview process was decent not your typical corporate interview. It was mostly the employer trying to get to know you and how you would work with them. The job description said Mandarin speaking preferred but they are going to conduct the second half of the interview in Chinese. It is not a deal breaker but it is something to look out for and prepare for.
