Met with an out-sources interviewer. 3 days of unpaid training and then interviewed with GM and Group Manager before being hired. Filled out application, did a phone interview, came in for an in-person interview and after that attended a 3 day unpaid training in car sales processes and then on 3rd day was interviewed by 2 managers.
