It was a group interview. About 15 girls. They had us sit side by side and 3 managers sat in front of us. They started by asking girls if they had visible tattoos and then they had to go do a tattoo check outside. Then they gave a description of the job and what it would entail. This was for working at the Resort Pool only. They asked everyone the same 2 questions and called them up in alphabetical order to answer. It was very quick. They said they had two other groups of interviews for that position and that there were 7 positions available. They wanted to give everyone a "fair shot" so they said we would get a call within 72 hours if we made it to the second round of interviews. I think that if they like you then you will get an offer to move on right away, so I felt discouraged when leaving. I was well dressed and well spoken, with a lot of experience, and am an attractive and genuine person, so I don't know what they look for exactly when hiring....couldn't give advice on that. Maybe you have to know someone. I will comment though that they could of asked better questions...at least maybe what you are passionate about or what your values are, I guess I am just a little deeper that what kind of animal would you be and why. Even if it is for a serving position, it is the Wynn. "World Class"

All the previous reviews are correct. They put you in a room with about 30 women and the ones with tattoos are taken in another area to see if they are okay for the pool environment. However, it seemed like most got kicked out. They chose 3 girls... It wasn't a positive or negative experience. At least you know if you got it or not right away.
