-Full on group style interview. Not a "real" or "standard" interview by any means. -Honestly, I felt judged more by looks than actual accolades. -I would not recommend utilizing your time by interviewing here.

When you arrive to the employment center, most likely there will be a line. A man will be checking your ID and if you have a bag he'll check inside your bag. He tells you to have a seat. Doesn't take too long. I arrived around half an hour early. They took us into a large room where everyone is sitting in a big rectangle and the two recruiters are on one side of the rectangle. They told us to introduce ourselves and talk about our work experience and something interesting about ourselves. Once everyone was done THAT WAS IT. I was literally nervous for no reason. They said they'll email all of us in about a week letting us know if we were hired or not. Just go in there confident with a smile. I'll keep you guys updated when I receive the email! :-)

I got an email asking to come to a meet in greet. It was a group Interview with forty people. Everyone had to answer two questions when their name was called. After everyone went the 2 interviewers went away for five minutes to choose 4 people they wanted to stay behind (these are the people they will hire). Then they told everyone they will keep their resumes on file for six months and everyone will get a response about whether or not the manager wants to meet with you (this means you didnt get the job). They're looking for a certain look so it doesn't matter how much experience you have.
