Had a nice experience during interview, but the partiality is that they only prefer and give jobs to work place nearby candidates. This is very disappointing like the travel time is problem of candidate and he says if he can actually manage the travel all by himself without causing any problem then why rejecting that candidate even if his interview goes all good. Overall, the HR and the organization are very structured.
